All items will be charged a 10% restocking fee.


Customized or Original Designs may not be eligible for returns.

Our 10-day return policy allows you ample time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original unworn condition within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Any item returned later than 10 days may not be accepted or money paid in may not be returned.

Prepare Your Return

To return your item, follow these easy steps:

Package Your Return

Send back all packaging and other items that were included in your order. This includes but is not limited to, presentation boxes, appraisals, and diamond certificates.

Ensure Your Package and Get a Return Receipt

Be sure to insure your item for the full purchase price of the item and get a return receipt. These can both be done at your local post office. You must follow these instructions. Failure to do so may prevent or delay the processing of your return. If you have any questions about the return procedures, feel free to email us at

Our Return Process

Once your return has been received our Quality Assurance department will inspect each item. Any item showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, sized, engraved, or damaged in any way can not be accepted for return. Returns with no return receipt will not be accepted for return. Once your return has been inspected and accepted, your refund will be processed promptly. If you have any special requests email us at and we will try to find exactly what you are looking for in that special piece of jewelry. It can take up to 24 hours to get a response.
